Scenic World has recently undergone a multi-million dollar refurbishment and has joined a select list of world-class venues for your event. Located at the most spectacular location in the Blue Mountains with the only full view of the Three Sisters (even more spectacular whilst flood lit at night!) you can simply not justify withholding your Guests and even more yourself this exciting experience. You want to have your event in the Blue Mountains? You're on top of them! You wanted a view? You've got undeniably the best view possible! Whether you hold your welcome Reception on the lookout at the Cableway Cafe Terrace or down in the valley in the Rainforest Room, the unique character of the background will ensure your day will be one of the most memorable your Delegates have ever experienced. Take your Guests down into the valley by Scenic Rail, the world's steepest descent by rail, have your welcome in the Rain Forest and come back up by the Cableway, a Swiss Alp style cable car holding up to 80 persons. Champagne and canapes will be awaiting you and your guests on the Terrace whilst enjoying overlooking the valley and a full view of the Three Sisters. After the most spectacular Sunset you have ever seen you and your Guests make way to the Restaurant where your choice of music in the background and subtle lighting will warrant the professional but relaxed atmosphere of your dinner. Many years of experience and expertise will guarantee the flawless running of your function and our team can assist you to arrange every other aspect of your event with our list of Recommended Professionals. Following you will find details of some of the alternatives that are available to you and a selection of our menus. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and willingness to customize to your needs. This means that if there is anything that you would like to see on the menu or any other addition we will be pleased to discuss this at a time convenient to you. Our International team of Chefs will warrant the creativity and quality of your dinner and our carefully selected wine list will impress your delegates even further. You can opt for an all-inclusive package or compose a customized menu from our extensive individually prized food and beverage menus.
We can structure a Reception or Function to meet most budget requirements. Currently our 3 course dinners start from $ 60.00 per person. Our packages have all your requirements included and can be customized around your needs. For any event over 50 guests there will be no room hire charge. Catering in the valley incurs a surcharge per person depending on number of Guests, duration and package choice. Minimum $ 5.00 per person.
